Who we are
Eartheners is the trading name of Mangaal Sustainable Solutions Private Limited, a company registered in Imphal, Manipur, India. You can reach us at contact@earthene.rs or on +91 6909006945.
What we collect
When you fill in a form on this website — an enquiry, a consultation request, or a job application — we collect the details you enter. That typically includes your name, phone number, email address, general locality, and whatever you write in the message field.
We also collect standard, anonymised information about how visitors use the site (such as pages viewed and approximate location) through analytics tools, to understand what's useful and improve the site.
Why we collect it
We use your contact details solely to respond to your enquiry, arrange a site assessment, provide a quote, process a job application, or provide after-sales support. If you ask us about the PM Surya Ghar subsidy, we may use your details to assist with the relevant application process on your behalf.
What we don't do
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not pass your contact details to third parties so that they can market their own products to you.
When we may share information
We share only what is necessary, only with people who need it to do a specific job for you or for us. That can include:
- Government portals and the electricity utility (MSPDCL, MANIREDA, and the national PM Surya Ghar portal), where this is required to process a subsidy application, a feasibility check or a grid connection on your behalf.
- Contractors, technicians and installation partners engaged by us to survey, install, service or repair a system at your premises. They receive your name, contact number and site address so they can reach you and find you, and nothing beyond that.
- Funders, donor organisations and programme partners — for example SELCO Foundation, Tata Trusts or a government agency — where a project you are part of is delivered under a funded programme. In those cases we may need to share beneficiary or installation details for monitoring, reporting, verification or audit. Where reporting can be done without identifying you personally, it is.
- Service providers who help us run this website and our internal systems, including our hosting provider (Netlify), our form and CRM systems (Zoho), and our email provider.
- Professional advisers, auditors, or authorities, where we are legally required to disclose information.
Some of these providers process data outside India. We only use providers that offer appropriate safeguards for handling personal information.
Cookies, analytics and advertising
This website uses cookies and similar technologies, both our own and those of third parties, to understand how the site is used and to measure whether our advertising is working.
- Google Analytics 4 tells us which pages are visited, roughly where visitors come from, and how they move through the site. This is reported to us in aggregate — we do not use it to identify individual people.
- Meta Pixel lets us measure the results of advertising we run on Facebook and Instagram, and show relevant ads to people who have visited this site or who resemble our existing customers. This may involve Meta receiving information about your visit, such as the pages you viewed.
- Where we run advertising through Google, similar measurement and audience tools may be used.

You can control or block cookies through your browser settings, and you can adjust your advertising preferences directly with Meta and Google. Blocking these cookies does not stop you from using this website or from contacting us.
We do not use these tools to collect sensitive personal information, and we do not target advertising on the basis of it.

We retain enquiry and customer records for as long as needed to serve you and to meet our legal and accounting obligations.
