Rooftop Solar Pricing in Manipur
We believe in transparent pricing — honest, upfront quotes with zero hidden costs. Here are our current on-grid and hybrid rooftop solar prices, with the PM Surya Ghar subsidy shown separately so you can see exactly what you pay and exactly what comes back.

Worth knowing
There is a better panel available. Mono-PERC is our standard and it covers most homes here. TOPCon makes a little more electricity from the same area of roof, holds its output better in heat and weak light, and degrades more slowly — the rows with the amber edge. If your roof space is tight, or you want the most out of what you have, it is worth the difference.

The prices on this page cover systems up to 6 kW, which is what most homes in Manipur need. We install larger-capacity rooftop systems too — they are quoted individually, because the mounting, cabling and approvals all change with size.

Panel Technology
Mono-PERC or TOPCon?
Both appear against every system size above. Mono-PERC is our standard and is what most homes in Manipur are installed with. TOPCon is a newer cell design that makes a little more electricity from the same area of roof, holds up better in heat and low light, and costs a little more.
Both are bi-facial and DCR-compliant, so both are eligible for the same flat PM Surya Ghar subsidy of ₹85,800 — which means the TOPCon difference is paid entirely out of pocket. That is worth it when roof space is the constraint, and often not worth it when it is not.

Prices above are before subsidy. A flat ₹85,800 is credited directly to your bank account after successful installation and commissioning, through the national PM Surya Ghar portal. We handle the application — see how the scheme works.
Payment Terms
The full project cost is paid upfront — 70% on material delivery, 30% on commissioning. The subsidy is disbursed separately, after completion.
Building Height
Prices cover materials and installation for buildings up to G+2. Taller buildings add ₹5,000 per floor.
Mounting Structure
Not included above. RCC roof structures are charged at actuals; non-south-facing tin roof structures add ₹6,000/kW.

Before You Sign
What to Actually Ask Before You Choose a Solar Vendor
Comparing prices is a good start, but price is only part of the picture — rooftop solar is a 25+ year investment. Before you sign with any vendor, ask these seven questions. Any honest vendor will answer all of them without hesitating.
What panel and inverter brand?
TOPCon or Mono-PERC — not all panels perform, or last, the same.
Can I see past installations?
Ask for photos and testimonials from real, completed sites. Not renders. Ours are here.
Is AMC included in the cost?
How often do they visit, and does it include cleaning? Government guidelines require a minimum of five years of AMC.
What happens after the sale?
Some vendors close operations within a few years of installing. A 25-year asset needs someone still around in year six.
Is the price fully broken down?
Ask what is included, what is excluded, and what add-ons might appear later.
What is the battery warranty? (hybrid systems)
Three, five, seven or ten years — a real difference in long-term value.
Are they MSPDCL empanelled, and who does the paperwork?
Confirm the empanelment, and confirm in writing who is handling your subsidy application.

Are these rooftop solar prices inclusive of GST and installation?

How much subsidy do I get under PM Surya Ghar in Manipur?
